1 sub roll (white or wheat)

4 oz smoked turkey breast, thinly sliced

2 strips crispy peppered bacon

1 slice sharp cheddar cheese (optional, adds richness)

1 tablespoon creamy peppercorn ranch dressing

1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)

2–3 slices fresh tomato

A handful of shredded romaine lettuce

Thinly sliced onion

Salt & pepper, to taste

🔪 Instructions

  1. Toast the Roll
    Slice the sub roll in half (not all the way through).
    Toast lightly in a skillet or oven until just crisp.
  2. Cook the Bacon & Turkey
